This workshop offers tools for getting unstuck, drawing from diverse sources including Howard Gardner's Learning Styles and Multiple Intelligences, Roger Callahan's Thought Field Therapy based on Chinese medicine's meridian theory, the Brain Gym Edu-Kinesiology work of Gail and Paul Dennison, Neville Goddard's Guided Imagery from his book Power of Awareness, and Edward deBono's 6 Thinking Hats.

Divorce/Family Mediation Training:
Fall 2012 Hendersonville, NC.
This comprehensive 40-hour training is offered by Atlanta Divorce Mediators and is certified by the NC Dispute Resolution Commission. It's also approved by the NC State Bar Association for continuing legal education credits.

Florida College - Faculty and Board Retreat Facilitation
Winter 2012 in Gainesville, Florida at the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture (AFEA), a nationally accredited masters degree 3-year program of study in Chinese Medicine and Herbology.
Davis will co-facilitate this weekend faculty/board retreat, in which the core curriculum and teaching methods will be discussed, Bylaws will be reviewed and updated, and plans for the sustainability of the college will be addressed. The goal of the weekend is to integrate the wisdom of both elder and newer faculty and college leadership, to ensure that the program remains a vibrant, nationally acclaimed resource for those seeking the highest quality training in Five Element acupuncture (The 5 elements are: wood, water, earth, metal and fire). Davis draws on her 25 + years of meeting facilitation experience, using a consensus-based inclusive process to allow for small group interaction, creative brainstorming, and large group decision-making -- ensuring that everyone in attendance is on-board with decisions and future directions.

Collaborative Law Training:
No course is currently scheduled. The last one was at Vanderbilt University Law School, Nashville, TN. This multi-disciplinary course for attorneys, mental health professionals, and financial experts prepares participants to shift thinking and learn new professional skills when working with couples-in-transition, using the Collaborative Law process.
